The 5 bedroom estate is set upon a ridge over the Ionian Sea between Keri and Marathias overlooking Marathonisi Island with a magnificent unobstructed view of the azure blue sea, approx. 200 meters from the nearest beach. The villa is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural forest of pine and fir, on a plot of approx. 10,000 square meters, providing an environment of peace, tranquility, and privacy.

The ground level consists of a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, a large dining area, 'captain's corner' sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a storeroom, guests' WC, and a guestroom with 2 single beds, with en suite bathroom with shower.

In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea.

The upper floor consists of four guestrooms.

One guestroom has a double bed and an office area with a sofa bed inside the bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, playroom (multi-gym, bike, and Ping Pong Table, and dartboard). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout. The same bathroom serves the first bedroom with the office area.

All three bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese.

The estate and grounds are also available for hire for social events: wedding receptions, exclusive dinners, parties, etc.
