Kea Villa Eris 1 is adjacent to a one-hundred year old room, the so-called steghathi, one of the oldest stone constructions of the island.

The front porch is lined by tall palm trees and offers nice views of a fir/pine tree garden. At the side of the Kea Villa Eris 1, there is a wide terrace with sitting and barbecue facilities, beautiful plants and flowers, and a veranda with great views.

Attached to the terrace, at a slightly lower level, is the swimming pool, which has been designed to follow the curves of the adjacent rock. The door leading to the pool can be locked for safety reasons. Around the pool are olive trees, while local herbs growing on the rock delight the visitors' senses. There is a wooden veranda and a roofed pool bar, equipped with a sink and fridge.

The vineyards

Kea island has a tradition of winemaking. Two organic vineyards are located on the property, each covering approximately one acre. Wine has been made on the property since 1974 due to the drilling which provides us with water all year round. We still bottle our yearly produce in our home winery under the brand "ΔΙΑΣ" (Dias or Zeus). The property also produces its own local spirit, the so-called raki or tsikoudia.

The orchard and olive grove

The orchard and olive grove cover the area under the lower complex. We produce and bottle our own virgin oil, again under the brand name "ΔΙΑΣ." Lemon, cherry, apple, and apricot trees also thrive on our lawns. On one of our terraces, we grow our own organic vegetables.

Reservations – Events

Both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the property are at your disposal, to be booked separately or as a whole, for short or longer periods depending on demand.

Moreover, any special event in your life can be organized in the tranquil setting of Eris resort and at the chapel of St Nicholas beside the property. A wedding, a christening, a party or celebration, all kinds of social events can be arranged upon request. The upper complex can accommodate up to 500 people, the lower complex up to 300. There are also ample parking facilities.
